1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the MotoGarages website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
MotoGarages provides vehicle servicing, performance upgrades, detailing, body work, ECU tuning, custom paint and wrapping, suspension and brake upgrades and interior customization. All work is quoted in writing before it begins.
3. Quotes & Payment
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required for custom or parts-based work. Full payment is due on completion, before vehicle collection.
4. Vehicles Left On Premises
Vehicles are left with MotoGarages at the owner's risk. While we take reasonable care of every vehicle in our workshop, we are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle.
5. Workmanship Warranty
We offer a workmanship warranty of 12 months on labor performed at our workshop, subject to normal wear-and-tear exclusions. Parts are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
6. Modifications & Compliance
Certain performance and cosmetic modifications may affect your vehicle's warranty, insurance or legal roadworthiness in your jurisdiction. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compliance before proceeding.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoGarages is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
